I’m Mary, and I’m a small-town girl from Virginia who can’t get enough of seeing the world (and eating pizza in every new city)! My family didn’t travel when I was growing up, so I saved up for a short-term study abroad trip in 2013 and I haven’t stopped travelling since. Any trip is exciting- whether it’s one hour away or fourteen hours!

While I’m not a full-time traveler, I plan out my vacation days months in advance so that I can make the most of my time off. I also use credit card points and airline miles to fund a lot of my excursions.

I keep this blog as a sort of travel diary for myself. I find that I love reading other travel blogs before trips, so I thought I’d write my own public travel log so that I could give back as well!
